Pre-appointment details:

Appointment confirmation from both client and therapist is required. If you have not confirmed within 24 hours, your spot may be offered to a waitlisted client.

To get the most out of your massage, please shower beforehand and avoid strong scents like cologne or perfume.

Cancellations:

You may cancel your appointment at no charge as long as you cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations within 12-24 hours of your appointment may incur a 50% fee.

Cancellations within less than 12 hours and No-Call-No-Shows will be charged the full amount for the session.

Massage therapy and bodywork focus on relaxation, pain reduction, improved flexibility, circulation, and positive experience of touch. 

Massage therapists cannot diagnose illness, prescribe medication, or perform spinal manipulations. Massage therapy is to complement, not replace, medical care. Consult your physician for any health concerns you may have.

1. What areas do you travel to?

I currently serve clients throughout the San Fernando Valley and greater Los Angeles region. If you’re unsure whether you’re in my service area, feel free to ask.

2. What do I need to prepare before you arrive?

Just a little space for the massage table and enough room for me to move around it. I bring everything else.

3. What do you bring to the session?

I provide the massage table, linens, oils, music, and all necessary equipment to create a relaxing, spa‑like experience in your home.

4. How long does setup take?

Setup usually takes about 5–10 minutes, and breakdown is just as quick.

5. Do you need parking or building access instructions?

Yes — any details about parking, gates, elevators, or security help ensure a smooth arrival.

6. How far in advance should I book?

Same‑day appointments are sometimes available, but booking in advance is recommended to secure your preferred time.

7. What is your cancellation policy?

I kindly ask for 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

8. Do you offer couples or back‑to‑back sessions?

Yes — I can accommodate couples or sequential sessions. Please mention this when booking.

9. How do I pay?

Payment can be made through Credit Card, Venmo, Zelle, Cash, Check.

10. What should I wear?

You may undress to your comfort level. You’ll always be properly draped, and only the area being worked on is exposed.

11. Can I request specific pressure or focus areas?

Absolutely. Your session is fully customized to your needs.

12. Do you offer prenatal massages?

Yes — I offer safe, supportive prenatal sessions for clients in their second and third trimesters.

13. Can I talk during the massage?

Totally up to you. Some clients enjoy quiet, others like to chat — I follow your lead.

14. Do you charge a travel fee?

Travel fees are included in the pricing, additional fees may apply for locations outside my standard service area.

15. Do you need access to a restroom or sink?

A restroom or sink is helpful for handwashing before and after the session, but not required.

16. Can you work in small spaces?

Yes — as long as there’s enough room for the table and for me to move around it, we’re good.

17. Do you work in hotels or Airbnbs?

Yes — I offer mobile sessions for travelers and guests staying in hotels or short‑term rentals.

18. Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — I’m a certified massage therapist in the state of California and fully insured. Certificate #91444

19. Do you offer medical or clinical treatments?

I provide therapeutic, restorative bodywork, but I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

20. What if I feel uncomfortable at any point?

Your comfort is my priority. You can request adjustments or end the session at any time.
